A monthly stipend of N5,000 is released to the poorest and most vulnerable Nigerian households, mostly in rural communities. By November 2020, 1,290,494 households had been registered (1,414,983 in December 2020). There is a plan to cover all states by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development by March 2021 (Ogun and Borno yet to be captured).
